A highly accomplished HSE professional and Chemical Engineer with over 31 years of extensive experience in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Refinery Construction and Operations sectors, including professional experience with Saudi Aramco. Proven expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Process Safety Management (PSM), workforce development, operational excellence, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
He has successfully led HSE initiatives, developed and delivered competency-based training programs, implemented international safety standards, and strengthened organizational safety culture.
